In a similar experiment, it was also found a 300-milligram dose of CBD oil also reduced symptoms of anxiety during public speaking. However, it was also shown that using a 100 or 900-milligram dose had little to no benefit. Suggesting that too much or too little can affect the potential effectiveness of using CBD oil against anxiety.

They concluded that CBD oil effectively reduced anxiety behaviors relevant to multiple disorders, including PTSD, obsessive-compulsive disorder, panic disorder, and social anxiety disorder. They also found a lack of anxiogenic effects, meaning CBD did not add to anxiety symptoms.
